At Lissie BakeHouse, we believe that every bite tells a story. Born in the mountains of Comerío, Puerto Rico, our kitchen is filled with faith, flavor, and the warmth of home. We craft a variety of artisanal baked goods — from chunky NYC-style cookies and soft breads to inspired pastries and seasonal treats — all made with care, purpose, and premium ingredients.
This journey began as a way to heal after my battle with cancer. While I continue teaching as a university professor, baking became a meaningful way to accompany my retired teacher husband and to share comfort with others. What started as therapy has grown into a mission to spread joy, one creation at a time.
