At Lissie BakeHouse, we take great care in preparing and shipping your handcrafted treats from our home bakery nestled in the mountains of Puerto Rico. Please review the following information to ensure the best possible experience.

Shipping Days:

  • Puerto Rico (local orders): Monday to Saturday

  • United States (mainland): Mondays only

Shipping Carrier: USPS (United States Postal Service)
Shipping Coverage: Nationwide, including Puerto Rico

Processing Time:
All orders placed by Friday at 11:59 PM AST will be shipped on Monday of the following week.

Please note: While our standard shipping day is Monday, some orders may be shipped earlier during the week depending on our baking schedule.

We bake fresh for every order to ensure quality and flavor.

Shipping Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for delays due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or high seasonal volume.

  • USPS delays outside of our control.

Returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will incur an additional reshipping fee. Please double-check your information before completing your order.
