Refund & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include a description of the issue and photos of the packaging and product. To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Once we assess the situation, and if your return is accepted, we will contact you via email with the next steps for a replacement or store credit, as appropriate.

Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued for orders that meet the following criteria:

  • Product was never delivered do to and issue directly attributable to Lissie BakeHouse, as confirmed by tracking information.

  • An item was charged but never included in the shipment.

We rely on official USPS tracking records to determine whether an item was delivered. If tracking confirms delivery to the provided address, we are unable to issue a refund.

Order Cancellations:
Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be in preparation and cannot be refunded.

Custom Orders:
All custom or large-batch orders are final and non-refundable unless an error is made on our part.
